- Pan mixers, single shaft mixers, twinshaft mixers or planetary type mixers can be used in our concrete plants according to the type and features of the concrete to be produced.
- Capacity of cement silos in our plants vary between 50 tons and 500 tons according to the needs of our clients. When the cement is supplied as big bags, the cement is filled to the silos easily by means of big bag opening and silo charging systems which are integrated to the plants.
- Our company knows very well that the climate conditions have major effects on the quality of concrete. While the plants in cold-climate regions are being heated by hot vapor generators and insulated panels, the concrete water of plants in hot-regions is cooled by chillers.
- Aggregate pre-feeding systems are our alternative solutions to the loading ramps which are necessary for charging the hoppers by loaders. In case of using aggregate pre-feeding systems, the necessity of loading ramp is removed.
- Layouts of our stationary concrete plants are defined according to the conditions of the field where the concrete plant is to be installed and in case of the field sizes are limited, aggregates is transferred by skip system instead of belt conveyors.
